Level up your pulutan with Draft Gastropub

Tired of the usual sisig and barbeque pulutan?

Level up your beer nights at Draft Gastropub with their assortment of level up finger foods that will definitely up the ante of your barkada nights.

One of the new items on the menu is the Bone Marrow which is prepared by roasting the marrow with garlic, parsley and lemon, served with dark beer oxtail jam and crostini.

There’s also the Draft specialty pork chop, which, unlike ordinary pork chops, is brined for 24 hours and served with dark beer onion gravy, apple relish and pilaf rice.

If you’re feeling extra hungry, there’s also the Triple Threat Sandwich – Roast beef, Hungarian sausage and slow barbecued pulled pork with caramelized onions and coleslaw, which, incidentally is part of

Draft’s Quarterly Specials.
