Stick to your healthy diet with this three-ingredient mango yoghurt
If you’re trying to eat healthy and still stick to your diet while at it, why not make the extra effort and make some homemade mango yoghurt for yourself?
After all, you only need three ingredients to pull it off. The good folk at New idea Food recently shared their recipe for the World’s Easiest Mango Yoghurt and it really is super simple to prepare.
All you need is to blend together one lime, 2 cups of frozen mango and ½ cup coconut yoghurt. Sprinkle with some dessicated coconut, lime zest and its all ready for you to enjoy.
