Have you ever wondered how Chinese restaurants make those delicious chicken feet they include on their dimsum menu?
The folks at Rapsa recently posted the secret to replicating the dish for you to include in your next get together or simply add to the dishes you prepped for dinner for the family.
To start off, you will need to deep fry your chicken feet for five minutes. In another pan, sautee garlic and ginger with annatto oil. Add the chicken feet to the mixture.
To add more flavors, put salt, pepper, chili powder, sugar and oyster sauce to taste. Add water and corn starch slurry until its saucy.
