Juday shares healthy breakfast treats to help you keep your new year’s resolution
Queen Judy Ann is kicking off the year with something quick and easy and definitely, something moms like her and their kids will enjoy.
Juday’s first entry for her Judy Ann’s Kitchen is Banana Oatmeal Pancakes which are a cool way to introduce more nutrition and flavor to the classic pancakes. Not only that, she also shared her recipe for her delicious salad wrap and green smoothie.
Juday said she came up with these recipes because she wanted to share something for people who wanted to turn over a new leaf and eat healthier for the new year. She added that eating healthy does not have to be too much of a sacrifice because one can still indulge in delicious treats that have more fiber and greens without completely starving or shunning the food that they are used to.
