OFWs spot fake Jollibee in China
Fake merchandise, fake news. There are tons of items on the market and copying trademarked franchises like Jollibee even seems like fair game in China.
Several Pinoy OFWs taking a stroll in a Chinese street recently spotted a newly opened restaurant that looks familiar and sounds familiar.
Facebook user Christopher Guzman’s video post on his page showed the fastfood named JoyRulBee which had a logo which looked almost identical to the nation’s favorite mascot.
Upon entry to establishment, the set up and the menu seemed similar it seems like a visit to the Philippines’ most popular fastfood franchise. (ANGEL ONG)
