Korean kids try out Lucky Me Pancit Canton

Vlogger Jessica Lee recently featured two special guests in her youtube post, and these two cuties – seven year old Won Suk and his four year old sister Yoona are Korean kids who try out Filipino pancit canton for the first time.

Its not an extreme challenge because they are after all kids, but its pretty interesting to see them try out noodles prepared differently from their normal Korean fare.

They tried out different flavors of pancit canton. The normal one, the spicy one, the toyomansi version in its different iterations. The kids really liked the original version and Won Suk even exclaimed: Wow on the first mouthful. Yoona wasn’t such a big fan of toyomansi but Won Suk said that its flavor would go well with a bowl of rice.

Sweet and spicy got a pass from the kids too because of the honey flavor. They had fun descriptions for spicy toyomansi and likened it to the flavor of rabbit meat and whale water. Hmmmm…

The kicker was when the kids tasted the spicy flavor and said it wasn’t spicy at all. What do you expect from the land of the nuclear fire noodles, anyway? (ANGEL ONG)
