UK envoy shares love for Jollibee amid Manila traffic
British Ambassador to the Philippines Daniel Pruce thinks its really more fun in the Philippines, even though the traffic is horrendous especially along EDSA.
Still, the diplomat always finds a silver lining while he’s travelling along the route and shared what made him smile while stuck the bumper to bumper traffic.
On a Twitter post, the ambassador shared a snap of the giant inflatable Jollibee on top of one of the buildings along Magallanes and said that even though he was already late for his next appointment, his spirit was lifted by the sight of the giant inflatable mascot that seemed like it was waving at his car window.
Stuck in the #Manila traffic yesterday, late for my next appointment, my spirit was lifted by the sight of a giant, inflatable @Jollibee. It really is #morefuninthePhilippines pic.twitter.com/qnZ9Vy5UVp

It can be recalled that several months ago, the envoy also shared a snap with the Philippines’ most beloved mascot when he “applied” for a UK visa to fly to London for the opening of its first British branch.
