Jollibee to open first ever branch in Guam
Filipino-owned global food conglomerate Jollibee Foods Corp. (JFC) will open its first Jollibee store in Guam as part of its continuous overseas expansion.
To be specific, JFC targets to open on April 6 a Jollibee branch in Guam locate specifically near Micronesia Mall in Dededo, a report in Philippine Star showed.
“This is a special moment in Jollibee’s history. We’ve long dreamed of the day we could serve the beautiful island of Guam, with its unique blend of Pacific, Asian and American cultures and cuisine,” Dennis Flores, president and head of International Business — Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia, said in the report.
“We believe that our best-selling Chickenjoy and other favorites will appeal to the diverse people of Guam,” he added,
The Guam store will be just one of the 37 Jollibee branches in the United States. Right now, JFC already has a presence in New York, Florida, Texas, California, Hawaii, among others.
