China Food City claims establishment is still on dry run, will open to public starting May 1

The controversial China Food City is completely documented and acquired its business permits from the Las Pinas City Hall last February 28. This was the retweet of the Las Pinas City Updates of News 5 reporter Faith del Mundo’s post.

The tweet included screenshots of the business permit registered to MFD Cuisine as well as a brief look at the inside of the facility.

Amid netizen’s negative reactions to news that the food establishment is exclusive for Chinese nationals, the News 5 reporter shared a statement from the Las Pinas City Government that the establishment is still on dry run until April 30 and will open to the public on May 1. (ANGEL ONG)
