Service interruption for Manila Water customers in QC continues
Manila Water Company Inc. said that some of its customers in Quezon City will continue to experience low to no water supply interruption until tomorrow evening.
Starting yesterday, as much as 20,000 households in Quezon City have already been experiencing low to no water service pressure as Manila Water undertakes power supply transfer activities.
“Manila Water will undertake power supply transfer activities at its Luzon Water Treatment Plant which will result in low pressure to no water service affecting over 20,000 households, commercial and business establishments in three barangays in Quezon City for three consecutive nights,” the Ayala-led company said.
Based on its advisory, Manila Water will implement water service interruption anew tonight (August 14), from 8pm to 6am the following day. Another interruption is scheduled tomorrow night (August 15), from 8pm to 6am.
The affected barangays are Holy Spirit, Pasong Tamo, and Sauyo.
