GrabFood customer pays for full amount after driver ruin milk tea order
Amid many horror stories about the experiences of Grab Drivers forced to shoulder the cost of the merchandise after customers found them unsatisfactory, a GrabFood customer recently shared her own experience after her driver slipped on the floor and figured in an accident, ruining her order.
Instead of getting angry though, Shy Atienza asked the driver to still make the delivery and paid the full amount. She also shared kind words of understanding to the driver when he eventually made it to her home to deliver her milk tea.
The driver was quite thankful and praised Shy for being one of the kindest customers he has ever encountered.
The post has become viral for being inspirational for other customers to show kindness to the service crew.
It seems though that Mang Celso Bernabe is still recovering from his injuries but its good to see that he has not suffered from more severe ones after his accident. Rest well, Mang Celso and feel better soon.
