Plantation Bay takes firm stance against ‘food poisoning’ accusers
Plantation Bay Resort and Spa recently answered allegations that they caused the food poisoning of several individuals during a recent buffet they served to hotel guests.
In the full page ad by resident shareholder Manny Gonzalez, he called out the accusers for being the only ones to get food poisoning out of 140 people who partook of the buffet.
He also called pointed out that the “victims” all came from the same group of people who worked at a hospital and turned the tables by asking if they got ill from the amount of germs and bacteria that are present in a medical facility.
The ad also said that Plantation Bay was ready to prosecute any party seeking to besmirch its reputation and was willing to go on a head to head legal battle to protect its reputation, especially since it was innocent of the allegations made against them.
According to Gonzalez, Plantation Bay will not fall prey to individuals who seek to profit from libel or slander.
“If you think you can win a jackpot against us by spreading lies, you are pathetic and misinformed,” the ad stated.
