Ligo reallocates advertising budget to support COVID-19 response
Ligo Sardines is also pulling its entire advertising budget for the year to repurpose the funds for COVID-19 support.
According to the leading sardine manufacturer, they will be reallocating the funds to donate to charities and non government organizations to bring support to the needy in this time of crisis.
“We will work hard to provide for you in times that you need us most. We pledge to deliver food and supplies, including our classic products, to the most affected families and communities; provide relief and assistance to health workers and our front liners, and equip them with Personal Protective Equipment,” the statement read.
Ligo assured that they will be coordinating their efforts with LGUs for organized distribution. (ANGEL ONG)
