Nikki Valdez shares recipe for no yeast bread so people can bake their own bread at home
Actress and baker Nikki Valdez may not be taking a lot of orders for her Miss Buttercream cake business but she is putting her time under the Enhanced Community Quarantine to good use as she posted the recipes of her delicious treats on her Instagram.
Sharing some positivity, she recently posted the recipe and process of baking no yeast dinner rolls that will make a delicious and nutritious treat while citizens are staying at home instead of eating out.
She said that Pinoys can make their own bread at home so they will not panic even if the stocks run out in their local bakeries. (ANGEL ONG)

Day 4 of Community Quarantine: Since I am on break from baking cakes and I have been getting inquiries on breads dahil nagkakaubusan na, I thought of making this recipe. Its easy and with very few ingredients to use. Also, it can be done within 30 minutes so its good to share for family (specially our kids) and even the community lalo na yung mga front liners natin. 😊 NO YEAST DINNER ROLLS INGREDIENTS 1 cup all- purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 cup milk 2 tbsp. mayonnaise Butter PROCEDURE 1.Heat oven at 350 degrees Farenheit. 2.Mix together flour, baking soda and salt. 3.Add mayonnaise and gradually add milk while mixing. 4.Mixture will form a dough. Once done mixing, knead well before forming into about 55g size. 5.Place in muffin or cupcake pan. 6.Brush a little butter on top before putting in your oven. Bake for 15-18 minutes.
