Erwan recently teamed up with fellow chefs JP and Ross to prepare their own versions of Chicken Arroz Caldo.
The three chefs, in three locations prepared their own versions of the Pinoy comfort dish. However, the locally based chefs had the advantage because they had all the ingredients that made arroz caldo so Filipino.
Erwan even complained that he had no calamansi in Australia, but it was interesting how the chefs used their skills to make arroz caldo healthier and even more flavorful. Viewers had fun watching their competitive streak and picked up ideas about how to make it differently. (ANGEL ONG)
