Spruce up lunchtimes with this Pork Giniling Menudo recipe
During the ECQ , it becomes quite a challenge to make sure that you mix up the menu for your family so they don’t get bored of the same old staple.
Cooking vlogger Kuya Fern recently hooked us up with a recipe on how to prepare a classic Pork Menudo using giniling or ground pork.
Its a different way of presenting the classic dish which only needs the
-1pc large carrot chopped into small cubes -2pcs medium potatoes chopped into small cubes -1pc each red and green bell pepper chopped -1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper -2pcs onions chopped -1head garlic chopped -1Kilo ground pork -1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper -1Tbsp soy sauce -2Tbsp oyster sauce -250g tomato sauce -about 1 and 1/2cup water -boiled quail eggs (optional).
